Note: Aromatherapy and Sports / Deep Tissue Massage aren't included but can be by paying the difference.

Book five treatments together for £200 (normally £45 each).

You can mix and match different treatments if you want, or share some with a friend. 

You can have anything from Reiki to Hot Stone Massage.

These three treatments can be had together in a triple session for £75.

The massage focuses on the scalp, neck, shoulders, forearms and hands, which for many people is where the most tension seems to accumulate.

All three of these practices are ancient and often spiritual traditions with a great deal of affinity. They can assist in clearing emotions and moving on from situations.

If you really want to spoil yourself and a group of friends, why not organise a pamper party?

Generally these involve myself and a colleague providing holistic treatments, plus readings or facials. The exact program is of course up to you.
